supreme chicago dj and world traveller jamie 3.26 comes on board with the gamm fam with a diverse two track ep. the opening track is a 11.24 min long philly gospel workout that is just as uplifting as its a real treat to tweak in the club (= isolater adapted). it s definitely one for the hard working djs. but to show that jamie s range is wide he delivers an even longer jam on the flip that clocks in at 14.08 mins...ouch! this time jamie goes italo (but not that cheesy shit) with a fantastic edit of barsotti s music box classic -whole lotta love- - chicago style!

manchester original sameed comes through on gamm with two tasty noodle nuggets based on his food experiences from vietnam where he currently resides. his simple yet effective approach is best described as sample-friendly underground dance music with influences of disco, soul and jazz. on his gamm debut the first noodle dish comes with a heavy disco and jazz-funk feel (bun) that together with some gritty vocals gives us a peak time jam to die for. for desert, sameed delivers chao which is way darker and chops up some deep jazz samples with some 4/4 rhythms. again, simple but oh so effective

italy s finest disco editor in chief, mr moplen is back with a new release on gamm. this time around we get a slice of philly disco with those heavy harold melvin vocals we all love, moplen really got this one working if you ask us at gamm headquarters. on the flip we go down an alternative route and get served an afro fuelled pop/disco jam from that notorious group known as talking heads...proper! enjoy the dance !

after a longer than usual break gamm enterprises is back on black plastic but more important... we got a brand new design! for those who don t know gamm has been delivering dance music of the blacker kind for almost 15 years but always with the same look. basically, a visual facelift was long overdue. but we think you ll feel it as much as we do and it really works beautifully with our musical ideology. so, for the (new) premier release we got an incognito producer that is rumoured to come from a small town in mexico. having finally agreed for a brief skype call he appeared wearing none other than a bright luchador mask and giving one-word answers with a strong mexican accent. no matter how convincing that was we still can t help thinking his name sounds pretty close to another producer that is to put it mildly, pretty hyped at the moment. musically the ep is ranging from percussive carnival disco (carnival in manchester) to brazilian fusion grooves (jazz in italics) and independent disco/funk (dues paid fast). either way you ll definitely find something that will work your party. gamm is back and back with musical vengeance!

the paris soulful disco scene is pretty hype right now and young pulse is definitely one of the key players. after three highly successful eps on gamm, young pulse is now set for his fourth release in the celebrated paris edits series. as always with young pulse we re served the blacker and more soulful side of disco and this time we get a proper prime time philly stomper on the a side and a uplifting feel-good boogie tune on the b. together with the new (and very beautiful) design we got another gamm winner folks!

our parisian edit friend reverend p hits us with a 4 track ep loaded with some serious boogie and disco heat. concentrating on the sounds of gladys knight (a side) and george duke (b side), reverend p decided to edit em not once but twice...ouble action = double fun :) the a-side tracks are two uptempo numbers with gladys while the flip comes with one mid tempo boogie tune and a high energy disco cut from mr duke. solid gamm material for anyone down with the more soulful sounds of disco!

seegweed is back with three diabolical edits in three various directions but all with one thing in common...they all got soul! this time around you ll get an peak time aretha franklin rework, a latin-soul escapade with bill withers and a jazzy house jam from nancy wilson. gamm does what gamm does best make you dance !

in the heart of madrid the el barrio djs have been one of the biggest gamm supporters over the last 10 years or so, spinning our gems in various jazz clubs in the spanish capitol. we are now overly excited to have them onboard gamm with an absolutely stunning 3 track ep. the el barrio guys really know how to twist and rework various tunes into one song and the art of editing have never sounded better than now.

moplen have released killer disco edits on labels like bbe, salsoul, windy city edits and chopshop. now its time for moplen to hit up gamm with two stunning disco excursions.
on the a-side we find a huge remake of classic salsoul jam *jingo* but now with a massive piano intro and loads of percussion breakdowns…heavy!

gamm have been sleeping for a few months but is now back with a bunch of hot new releases. first up is an ep for those of you that are down with the funky latin sounds. buenos aires producer doctor stereo have delivered us two massive afro/latin jams with mucho caliente funk rhythms. if you are a fan of the old school quantic stuff this one will be solid in your dj sets. la bomba!

ok, we know what youre problem thinking…not another marvin edit! but hold your thoughts, this is something extraordinary and one of the best arranged and produced (not edited) tracks weve ever put out on gamm (no joke). with extra added keys and various production elements this is a 10 min and 52 seconds long boogie monster that will take you on an emotional ride youll never forget. yes, its that hot! but the flip isnt bad either with the revivra crew going uptempo with a super rework or remix (your choice) of crown heights affairs all-time ballroom classic. just like with the marvin track theyve turned the track inside out to an almost 10 min long disco cavalcade. the weekend starts and ends with this fantastic ep
